Dear Annie,

I have been dating an older boyfriend who has his own car. On weekends he will drink moderately at parties, and then drive me and other friends around. I plead with him not to drive and to find someone who has not been drinking to drive. When I do this, he tells me I'm being a baby. He doesn't drink to the point that he seems dangerous to be in the car with, but it still bothers me. If I had my driver's licence I would drive myself, but that won't happen for another six months. I care about him deeply, and don't want to lose him. He just won't listen to me or anyone else. I am afraid that one day something terrible will happen to him or someone else because he drives after he has been drinking.
What can I do?
